On October 29 former Army Lieutenant-Colonel Stephen Tryon posted an extremely important article on Daily Kos (Chaffetz the Hillary Hunter) that debunks much of the “email scandal” concerning handling of classified documents.
According to Tryon, the Secretary of State has total discretion to decide what documents are classified, and how they should be handled.
